Mint - Green
Green Mint has erect stems and long, pointe dleaves. Use the fresh leaves with new potatoes, carrots and peas. Add to salads and fruit salads. The leaves can be used in summer drinks and cocktails, and to make mint tea. Mint is best grown in a container as the roots can be invasive and spread easily. Height 60cm. Hardy perennial.
