Sage
Sage is a very fragrant herb with grey-green leaves and attractive blue-mauve flowers in summer. Use fresh or drfied in a host of dishes, including pork, duck, in stuffing and added to a cheese salad. Sage is a good tonic and sage tea may alleviate the symptoms of a cold and sore throat. Height 55cm. Hardy perennial.
