Skywalker

Skywalker is an exciting new variety bred from parent varieties Casablanca and Victoria. Both of these are known for great flavour, excellent cooking qualities and high disease resistance. Skywalker shows all of these characteristics. It produces high yields of uniform round oval tubers of a good size. It has great all round disease reistance. It can be used for chipping, baking and boiling, and has a tasty flavour.
