Hermes
Hermes has been around for a long time and 2025 is the first year that it has been available to us as seed. It produces large potatoes that are floury, perfect for baking. The yield produced is good and it bperforms well in dry summers. Disease resistance is good, especially to blight. As well as being a good baker it can also be used for chips and roasting.
