Sarpo Una - Organic

Sarpo Una is a new second early from the Sarpo breeding programme. Unlike all other Sarpo prefixed varieties Una is the only second early in the family. It has a delicately flavour and waxy firm white flesh. Una produces large yields and stores well. Either use this variety for early salad or leave to bulk up to make great baking potatoes. Sarpo Una does well in containers too.
