Just released after being bred in Northern Ireland from varieties Sunset and Laura. This promising new main crop has good all round cooking qualities and fries very well, ideal for chipping and roasting. Developed for the Mediterranean and North African growers market as it has exceptional heat tolerance - something that could be a benefit after our recent hot summers.
