Mayan Scapa
Bred from Mayan Twilight and Mayan Gold, this peruvian variety has deep yellow flesh that is full of flavour. Best eaten boiled, delicious served hot or cold. Like all Mayan varieties, it cooks in two thirds of the time as normal potatoes.
