Ruby Magic

Ruby Magic is a new variety from Northern Ireland. It has long oval shaped tubers with lovely ruby red skin. The flesh inside is where the magic comes in - lovely red rings that are retained on cooking, they make amazing crisps. Ruby Magic is also great for roasting, boiling and steaming. The floury, dry flesh has a fantastic rich, traditional flavour.
