Francis

Francis is a beautiful looking potato, with long oval shaped tubers that are large in size. The skin is white and the tasty flesh is light yellow. It is an early cropping First Early, ready from 12 weeks after planting. The yields are high and the tubers heavy. Francis is perfect for all round kitchen use, especially chipping, for wedges or baking.
