Caledonian Pearl is a lovely variety with high yields of uniform salad potatoes. The skin is smooth and bright, and the flesh has a delicious flavour. It is bred from Orla and Harmony, two fantastic varieties, and Caledonian Pearl shows great promise. Just like its parents.
