BIM (12-499-4) is so new it hasn`t been named yet! Our Northern Irish supplier is running a gardening project with schools local to them to name this variety, so watch this space. It has good sized oval tubers that have a great flavour. The purple skin and flesh is also good for you being high in Anthocyanin. It has good all round use and is blight resistant too.
